This weekend Pioneer Skate Park is hosting an amazing event helping to raise awareness and funds for Amplify Gaza’s Community Resilience Project.
This campaign provides free community meals and psychosocial activities to help support children in Gaza who are affected by the lack of humanitarian aid and displacement from their homes.
Skateboarding has always been a place of creation, resistance and solidarity. With a wide variety of day-time activities including; Screen printing workshops, guest talks, spoken word, Palestinian voices and stories, art exhibition and auction (artists announced soon), live graffiti, live DJ’s and music, outdoor park open skate all day & finale Skate jam from 5pm.
